Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during regular business hours.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

  • Orders are subject to payment approval and inventory confirmation.

If you do not receive a tracking number within a few business days, please reply to any of our emails or contact our support team.


Our Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted freight and parcel carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery, including:

  • Ups

  • Purolator

  • Canpar

  • DHL

While we work closely with these carriers, they operate independently. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s service schedule.

If a shipment is delayed, our customer service team will gladly assist in communicating with the courier to help resolve the issue.

Shipping Costs

Delivery Notice

  • Most packages are delivered without a signature requirement.

  • Packages may be left at your door.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information.

  • Dane Auto Parts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


Returns Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Uninstalled

    • In original packaging

    • In resellable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used parts

  • Damaged items not reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Special order or custom parts

  • Clearance or final sale items


Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void claim eligibility.


Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team for return authorization.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
