Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

While we work closely with these carriers, they operate independently. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s service schedule.

Damaged items not reported within 48 hours of delivery
Special order or custom parts
Clearance or final sale items

The damaged item
The packaging
The shipping label
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void claim eligibility.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection.
